Question: Missing Weapons?

Went exploring today in auction and found some strange things in the order sections..

found several items that i've never seen or even heard of, here are some of them:

Ancient Omegaton M71a2
Modified Castorian Combat EnBlade-10
Crusader Sword
Knight Sword

So what's the deal with these items?

im beleive the crusader and knight are one off like the Roman Ram thingy, someone has them

I believe ancient is what happened to the items you owned before gold.

I used to play in the early days and never replyed to MA's letters saying their gunna close my account and tt all my stuff then delete the account, thinking i would never play again, i said pfffft do your worst.(LOL, no i didnt i ignored them) but a couple of friends played thru gold and the items they had turned ancient.

the others i have no idea about.

I guess the ancient M71a2 was probably someone who had the M71a2, stopped playing, then while they were inactive it became Ancient and they never logged in again. Or...someone has it and has kept it very quiet.

Mod CE10 probably just never dropped.

Crusader and Knight have been discussed before, don't think they have ever existed, although recent pics on the EU site hint at their implementation at some point.

Well I always thought like only already discovered items can be placed as orders in auction and at least the Crusador Sword can be ordered.

No that's not true. Letomie and Frescowhatever skinswere in the order system for about a year before they were discovered. I think the 'already discovered' thing would only apply to Ancient items, since if they don't exist, they never will, hence my thoughts on the Ancient M7.

They were? Hm that's weird...the unlimited Breers for example were not if I remember correctly before they got discovered even though the BPs have been there (but failed I guess).

Meh, it's MA, they never do anything consistantly.

Yeah...and I thought I was smart noticing the Breer thingy D: oh well guess we will never know...maybe an Unique Item looted pregold or shortly after gold -> player quitting and the item is never seen again. Wondering whether they would return unique items to the loot pool if it gets tt'ed (perhaps due to not logging in for quite some time)

Unique items i'd say so, Ancient items no, since they can't be looted.

But then again, considering how many drops we get on non-unique items, I doubt any unique ones will drop this decade.
