It was a riker ul2 ... Not really sure on whether its a good or bad weapon but it

- has 10/10
- makes more dmg then the Breer M2a L
- is faster then the Breer M2a L

It appears that I dont get skill bonus any more from that rfle... should I still use it and make increase in some skills better than the A&P Brave Series Mentor Edition ?

I am almost 2500 in rifle

Well the great advantage of the L guns is not so much the skill bonus, but the fact that you will have 10/10 hit ability and 50%-100% damage range with them. So they're more economical than your A&P Brave ME, provided the markup needed to buy them isn't too high!
