when does rocket launcher drop price???

I wonder why the rocket launcher's price is very high???

Is it hard to craft ??

I love it ,but the markup make me crazy

They're still new, rare and exciting, and some people are prepared to pay the price for that.

Maybe they will become less rare soon - no-one knows for sure right now. In the next VU they may start dropping more regularly, or the parts needed to craft them may drop more regularly.

Even if they don't, price will probably come down soon just because of the novelty value decreasing (I haven't checked the figures but I would guess this has happened to some extent already?)

Yes, they are still new, afterall they are only 2VU old, like 2 month MA time

the price will come down when they or the parts to make them start dropping more often. As well as when the novelty wears off and people get sick of being ripped off for them.
Im waiting until the buyout prices drop to about 150% or i loot one before i play with them.
then again im not willing to pay more than 150% for any limited item unless i want it for the sole purpose of a paper weight to hang on my wall/table as a decoration. In wich case i would never use it so it would stay full tt until i quit.

dont worry though the price will come down eventually, these weapons are mainly novelty items and arnt that great for any real work.
Except maybe the higher end ones for pvp purposes

The price probably wont drop for awhile, people are using them to skill for pvp, so they dont really care about eco. Untill the bulk get skilled, the price will remain high, with the high end staying high priced.

You're all conveniently forgetting one minor detail ... from a crafter's point of view, they can only be made from limited prints. These are in extremely short supply at the moment.

So, yes, there is a supply / demand issue - but also a supply of clicks issue too

I tried to loot some limited blueprints for rocket launchers.
So far 6.000 clicks on Jesters gave me 0 limited blueprints, so i guess that explains why the price is still high.
