Grrrrrrr Criticals / Suggestion

Today my Hunt got suddenly ended as a Argonaut Hunter hit trough my Armor for 151 Hp critical. I had full health nothing wrong and than BANG game over

I have got me some medium noob Armor with plates to be able to hunt such creatures without getting a heart collapse everytime i challenge one. I payed more for this Armor as the most newbies will ever deposit bevore they reach sweat cap and leave. Some other People payed even more, immense ammounts of Cash for the best Protection. Dosnt this mean anything ?! Im dissapointed by the criticals, they suck out the fun from hunting. If the System decide you have to die, you will, and you can't do anything against it when its a semi high - high mob.

My Suggestion is :

Please let a Critical hit only allow the mob to push you down to 1 !! Hp maximum.

So another hit is required to finish you off. This will also kill you the most times but its a little chance to fap and survive. Maybe exclude this from Player versus Player but the current critical solution is crap because i dont like instant death where you can't do anything against. I could buy me a Shadow Armor a Mod Fap and the best plates available and i would still die in the same Situation.

I wont say criticals are generally crap. But it need a adjustment

Maybe you should fight something other than argo hunters then..I think this crit hit has been disscussed already..most seemed to like it..as I will say I do..hunting needs to make the heart pump...danger needs to be exciting.

So maybe find a creature that will leave you with a sliver of health after a crit hit...and fight it?

I love hunting knowing that i can get one hit and it be all over gets my heart going. I dont even care if loot sucks as long as i'm still alive. Like when i run into an Atrox Old in rascan and Honor and take it down knowing that ONE hit could kill me and i'm damn lucky to stay alive PERIOD! I freaking love hunting now.

i think critic should not go under armor.
then you can not get such a big diference bettween "normal" hit and "critic" hit.

lets speak about mobs that do 80 domage.
if you hunt it with 40 protection armor , the mobs still do 40.
when he do critic it twice the domage , so 160 but you still got armor and then get 120 domage ( hard but doable).
with critic under armor you get 160 domage , this is a lot less doable by average hunter.

about the 1 hp left.. i guess that would end with a lot more frustration.
finish all time with 1 hp , click to fap , and get killed ...
i can imagine the billion post about whiner.

Hmm its a loooong Way to 152 Hp Some older Avatars have this and more but they had different skilling conditions because the system changed and skill gains hammerd down for the hp relevant "General Skills". Argo Hunters do 30 - 50 on my Armor if they not critical hit. 50 and 150 is a huge difference
