Player Owned Landing Platforms?

If free-flight spaceships is implemented would you like the idea of player-owned landing pads?

This way you wouldn't have to buy a hangar to have spaceships, and there would also be a new real estate market

How I mean:
P1 owns a platform with 5 landing spots.
P2 owns a ship.
P3 owns a ship.

P2 lands on P1s platform.
P2 pays a small fee (small hourly fee?)
P3 lands on P1s platform.
P3 pays a small fee.
P2 gets back and flies away.
P3 takes a break.
After a period of time P3s PED-card is depleted.
P3s ship is hauled of to a MA-owned facility.
P3 gets back a week later.
P3 pays a small sum at the MA-owned facility and gets his ship back.
P3 flies away.

Ships are never "in transit" due to limitations of the game engine. They are either in a hanger on the dirt, or a hangar at one of the stations.

If they actually flew, and transit time was involved, the scenario you describe may work if there were more ships than hangars. As it is... has anyone counted up the number of landing bays per station, and compared those numbers to the total number of hangars? I suspect that there's a 1:1 ratio between CND, CP, and Calypso.

Well the ship would be left in space I guess? Like avatars when we log of?

So that you would have to pay that to land on the planet and be there

If you just log of you will be transported to closest planet and your ship would end up in the MA-owned facility?

or a spacestation facility?

Voted "no" because I believe that those ships will not be able to land on Calypso.
I doubt that Hangar owners would have to fear for their income.
It is more likely for me that ones ship is either docked at CP or CND or a newly created space station (and that one has to pay quite some fees there, which is why ND can do his pirates treasure hunt )
