Akbal-Cimi would be the best to implement - It would also make sense, and keep the "story" alive.

This planet should have only ONE human base (fortified and shielded) to make it look like we dont stand much chance against the robots but we try anyways There would be no TPs on these planets, so you have to buy "vehicles" or huge TP chips.

Also there would be a huge capitol city where there are factories producing more robots to fight in this war... (where else would they be coming from? mobs can breed, but robots have to be made)

I think Akbal-Cimi could be an AWESOME planet, but we need someone to make it...

I think that what we have now is not enough for all the players. It is already hard to find a place with no miners or hunters and GD on radar are everywhere. We need more space.....

I'd be most glad if this planet would be much bigger than Calypso. For example with 3 or 4 continents and some outposts like places prepared by "special forces" for the colonists with teleports, storages and TTs, repairs and soc terminals. Or just old and ruined cities of some odd civilization with teleports in there.

I think that it would be nice to have a planet with different atmosphere, so you would need a special suite or an oxigen mask to go there and leave the safe zone (I imagine this as sort of station - big city, where you land or start the game). Ofc MA would make the masks L, so we can skip this part for the sanity of mind :P
There should be some mobs that would be new (all new, no old mobs as they live only on Calypso), and in some places the spawn should be big to keep hunters there, and in some places no mobs to give space for miners. Ofc small and easy mobs (for those who start their EU life there) and hard mobs for strong players.
As for miners I think that CND style would be nice - not so often like on Calypso you'd hit anything, but you would find nice sizes and maybe some new resources as this planet would have different structure.

It would be nice to have places of all kinds (like each continent a bit different):
non PVP hunting zone
PVP hunting zone
non PVP mining zone (with rare or no mobs)
PVP mining zone (and only some parts lootable, if there have to be any with mobs this time, and strong would be nice)

Dreams

But we shall see what future brings...
I bet this will be all taxed and soon too small for all of us anyway....

I really like some of the ideas posted here, especially around having outposts on new planets that are constantly under attack. I think it would be cool if instead of having automatic gun turrets for defense, that MA make manned gun turrets for the defense of the outpost. They would have no economic benefit for the users, so no skill gains and no ammo burn, but also no loot. Simply a bit of fun shoot em up for people when they have no peds available but feel a real desire to just Shoot Shit!!!!

I'm picturing a pod type system, definately BLP, maybe with 4 guns on it, 2 each side of the pod. I really think we would have no shortage of people who want to jump in and fire away for the defense of everyone else.

There needs to be some consequences to not manning the pods, ie the town/ outpost gets over run by mobs and then needs clearing out by well equipped Avatars. This would help create a bond between newer players and older players. Ofc the newer players are needed to man the pods as I don't suspect too many highly skilled players would spend much time in them. I can see word spreading around Calypso that X outpost has been over run and needs some higher level players to go and clear it so that the new players can return. I like anything built into the game that makes people need each other, it builts a better sense of community.

One thing I personally enjoy in games is some sort of interaction with surroundings that actually affect things....

For instance, say there were to be a city world ar even a city on a planet, just simple barriers, drawbridges, pathways, doorways and more that could be activated by switches would make quite a difference....

Control rooms with security cams etc that could then be contested for control of the pathways through the city etc to allow your party through while attempting to block access for other teams...

Various items could be on delays that would allow time for others to take control, re-spawning gun turrets on delayed respawn, land mines etc

Imagine, for instance: (Similar to beacon mission) You have succesfully infiltrated the enemy base, one person mans the control room, the rest of the team are in strategic points in the maze....the countdown starts, and the first wave of robots are released....01's-05's mown down with ease...then troopers and warriors, on and on seg's warlocks....closing gates and bridges when members die, routing them to different zones, sending reinforcements to different areas....or then again, a fully PvP alternative.

New cybernetic implants lootable from robot planet that could provide extra features like extended jumps/limited flying, short duration energy or matter shields (why not throw in some new mindforce implants for these as well) ...add radiation damage + defenses against them..(Mmmm...Nukes...Nuke launcher/personal cannon!)., Camoflauge, Displace, Clone Image, Clone image w/decoy, Partial invisibility (Blinking), Invisibility, SENSE invisibility , HP boost, regen, TEAM HEAL!!!!

(off topic alert)

Man, ive been a Cleric since the first dice and paper days....need more buffing stuff....Cmon MA, you could make tons!!! Team Buffs? Low level team buff for instance....5HP team boost, up to 4 team members...seperate chip, 10pt damage from said dmg type absorbed or higher buff, reflected....

Say...(L) MF chip, 20HP buff for team up to 8, 8D (or whatever) Plating protection, 50% dmg reflected, Run speed increased, and health regen....damn that would probably be worth alot. And its been done. many times. elsewhere. Ive worked in IT for many years though, and can truly appreciate what a nightmare this might be to implement hehe so uber gratz in advance if this ever gets released

Whole new uses for mindforce, loads more chips...and pls....ember focus chip that allows you to tp while being hit?

One more thing while im at it PLS PLS PLS PLS let there be a use for filters and dampers soon.

Minigames in the bars that cost a ped to play lol

hmmm....as far as I read there 4 planets in the making.
On from MA, one from the Taiwanese, on Chinese and one from Thailand.
I hope we also get good ol' Earth, maybe some sponsors put their shopping malls on it and pay our loot

Sorry to ask but, can you give me some link to this press release? I must have missed it....

Anyway: Something cool I would like to see would be some scary town with ghost like mobs and some cave below. During the night they come out and flood the town like a wave of death and some ubber cool items could spawn inside the caves so people who got the balls can fight through these "ghosts" and claim those items. =)
Ok, it has sorta pattern of a Beacon but why reinvent the wheel? ;-)
I always liked some dang scariyng athmosphere! ^^
