"Lock" items in inventory to prevent accidental tt'ing

Consider how it looks like when you're pressed the "sell" tab. Typically, an emty window after TTing wrong kind of looted ammo, weapon grips and adrenal oil.

There are some differences; the window to put items in is bigger, and it does not have the condition slider the repair terminal has. But (being very tired), it's a window that accepts items, and there are two buttons below that window of which one of those say "accept".

Maybe though, some kind of mixed solution is the easiest way to solve this. If you TT something, there is a 72 hour grace before it goes into "loot pool" during which it's reserved, but you have to file a support ticket to get it back, to make sure it's not abused (by "temporarily" TTing stuff instead of lending money in bank or TTing that shogun harness you loot at CND to reclaim it at return to planet, for instance). And on reclaim you have to have funds on your PED card corresponding to TT value (so it will get returned as it was rather than at 0 ped TT).
