I think u dont get it. I know in some way it can sux but, correctely worked, it can absolutely not sux. After all, irl money is involved. We are not some kevins from wow (i hope).
Some other mmorpg (not rce) did a great work to regulate in a corrct way a fictive market. I dont see why it can be applied here.

Market law n°732 :

Thats just an exemple about estate deeds but many thing can be writed and studied .

Communism in the making. State control. Government interference in a free market.

I would leave at the very first sign of measures like this being implemented.

If i want to stack lots of appartments or whatever, its my choise? ? If its getting a huge demand on market, its not up to me to sell, its up to MA to drop some more?

It risky for me to say that but:

I strongly think that FARMING is not compatible with our Economic model. It can be obviousely controled. I dont put collectors in the farmer case.

Now, put ur clever arguments here just to see if im realy wrong and if our actual economic devolopement is adapted for every players who join, adapted for a long lasting durability over the years.

MA said, say and will say EU is dynamic. When they say EU is dynamic, they dont speak only about the skills or items. They speak about our economie too.

Now, after a very short and obvious analisys, whe can say that our economie is close to be frosen, cause without control, cause only few rich (very few) deal astronishing virtual assets and one day, things will be very impossible.

Every students over here, who know the basis of economie can see that im not totaly wrong.

Now, some tools of control must be created. It can take a long time, but the entire EU community must debat about that, in democratie, mabe not realy here but mabe ingame with an MA official, every months.

Cops, lawyers and judges= bad idea bud..

Absolute power brings absolute corruption.. if you think monopolies are bad...institute a legal system then tell me the worse of the two evils.

There are enough people in EU with a decent way of thinking that if one or several people need to be controlled there are ways to do that amongst ourselves with trade embargos and such. Too many rules and this is no longer a "Fun" thing so to speak.

Of course I am like Stephen King and would not mind seeing a lawyer profession, providing one random lawyer per day gets fed to the atrox queen while sitting on the john reading the morning paper.

U absolutely got the point here. No need cops lol ... Just an automated system who set some limits.
For exemple, a dude make something wrong. Something advert him (and every body) he is in illegality(like a Hall of Lame). Then he can rent an avocat and defend him self against accusation (who will have an avocat too). Then, the two advocats will fight. The whiner will have right It will put a new profession with a high concurence >> it will creat a new market area.

Theres no need to make limitations if theres more creativity.

Suggestions instead of laws and limitations

MA need to at a regular basic depending on the apartment-market, construct new apartments to cool the market. (should announce first like: In VU xx we will construct xxx apartments)

Make the rent to be payed every month as in rl. (if fail to a month then there could be an opening fee for lets say 250peds. or smting like that)

Make the opportunity to rent in second hand.

Players could build own apartments or houses in some way.

Leave it alone, the strong will rise to the top and the weak will fall to the wayside. At least the way things are there is potential to make a decent profit. but now ya wanna screw with it and take that away too? No thanks. Leave the economy alone and let it boom or bust as it will. Besides, I like the idea that maybe that silly little pistol or fap I bought a year ago might be worth several thousand dollars in a year or two.
