I think the implementation of textures VU a lot was learnt...sure it's annoyign to still not revive in the newly claimed LA's... but I think one big update is a lot less stressful than a "here's half we'll update again later" set of VU.

I'm happy the way it is

I can definately wait for the Crytek engine to be implemented. I think that any new "stuff" they could come up with for the current release would be wasted as everthing has to be changed and adapted to the new engine.

New VUs might mean:
- Nerfs. (Revival delay)
- Bugs. New and old ones. (Anyone remember that LA up in the north where turret got buried underground suddently? It's fixed but in a very crude way.)

So in the light of that, I can wait some more time.

Though, I think it should be possible to make minor adjustments. To re-enable revivals at the second round LG areas shoun't need to demand a VU, I think.

voted yes .. because i dont rly care about cryengine in EU ... i dont play EU for the look but for the "game"play and btw i liked the pre VU9.0 look more then this new barbie&ken look

That is correct, but we still aim for a couple of VU's before the "CryEntropia" is released. For instance, VU 9.3 is currently in testing.

As a general note though - don't expect many completley new systems before until after CryEntropia is launched.
