I want big non-PK weapons

Just saw a couple of the new weapons and they do some great damage, but the following quote saddened me

As usual, big damage weapons will be forced up in price by PKers - and the hunters won't be able to get there hands on them at a sensible price

The lr65 does 119 damage of pure burn, with a nice amp added that's enough to cut thru any armour in pvp.

Instead of pure burn, why not give it a mix of damage types like 50% burn, 25% penetration, 25% impact. They could also reduce the dam per shot and increase the speed to compensate.

These alterations would make it a poor PK weapon compared to other options on the market, and allow the hunters to buy guns at a slightly lower price.

i love the new weapons as well, but i understand what slither states. i fear that unless they drop like rain they will too expensive to hunt with.

Well the other weapons should drop in price to compensate eg. HL14..hl12...hl11...

and new discoveries of AL26..28

I wouldn't mind paying 140% for apis again
Or 130% for the r150 (maybe it drops from maffs a gain ), or prosecutor series like they need to be for me to use them

This is a great idea Slith, it would help balance the hunting vs pvp markup on guns.

While MA is at, they could trow in guns with varius damage types, like electric ray guns, Mr Freeze Pistols. Acid launchers, you name it.

It would make PvP more open, and it would trow in a nice rock, paper, sissors thingie into the whole armor selection proccess.
