What do you want to see in an update to the Friend List?

Something that no one has mentioned...

I'd like to log in "invisable"... or just to select people. Sometimes you just want to pop in and check the auction and you get 50 pm's, and I dont' like to be rude...

Also, the ability to add a freind by name rather than actually clicking on them.

Basically just more like Yahhoo, AIM, MSN chat, ICQ, etc.

An ability to retroactively revoke permission to be on THIER friendlist. that way if you make the mistake of letting some annoying person on your f/l you can ratify that mistake so you dont have to deal with them anymore. Those are two nifty ideas that I have not heard b4... me likes There are several peeps I keep on my fl even though I have not seen them in game for months and months. Mostly they are inactive, but they keep their avis and equipment and jump in game from time to time to say hi... I hate deleting them yet they are taking up some valuable space so perhaps it would not matter

And revoking fl permission is another good idea- although I suppose it could be used maliciously in scam cases... whereby if person A is on person B's fl and then scams person B, they can get off of B's fl to avoid being pm'd with regards to a scam... then again, most scammers aren't responding to those pm's anyway

i like the inactive tab idea... approx. 1/3 of my FL is full of ppl that do not log in often, but are good friends of mine and i dont wanna delete them...

I like all of the ideas ... some sort of tabs for various groups of people would be nice, like "Society", "Disciples", "Traders", "Inactive", "Misc", etc ... maybe the option to create those categories like you want them.

In addition to that I'd like to see some sort of automatic reply system for afk, hunting, and so on type of situations (when you're logged on but busy and don't want to be disturbed by a PM every other minute) - like there is for eMail when you're on vacation from work for example:

This is an automatically generated reply to your message:

Sorry, I'm busy hunting right now and I'll get back to you as soon as I've lost all my peds.
