yea, i realy dont see were is the problem at all. Such a list can be very usefull, and no need to be hyperclever to fix some rules for it.

I would also like to see an ingame list over banned avatars. But why are we talking about religion, politics and skincolour in this thread? Or this forum for that matter? I can see how it can be used to point out extreme points of view on both sides, but really, come on. We are in a virtual world with our own rules or laws if you will. THIS IS NOT RL! (even if somebody wanna belive that)

It's only food for rumors like: "MA locked it to ensure they don't withdraw" OR "MA isn't recycling his uber items back ingame" etc.

If you doubt if your account can get locked for a certain action , just read the EULA or make a supportcase.

I don't see need for such a wall of shame.

and they not even based on fact...
You dont stop rumhor and conspiracy with iniorance and hidden fact.
I still want who was ban for the bot hunting.
And speaking about it , i am sure , player that has been catch for bot hunting would have never ever take risk to get their account lock if they was sure MA take action against cheat and abuse.
Problem is , all MA action is rumour , speculation and conspiracy.
If a list has been there some year ago , many many player would have behave an other way.
And the bot story , has many other would have never existed.
Many player did change their behaviour along the time to adapt to the system.and fair people did became cheater.Not because they was cheater , but because it was the way to do it.It does not make the action less condonable , but hell , we not all born holly saint.
Still most can be nice as long as some rule are set , and sanction are clear...
When rule are shady , and sanction only some hear say about unknown people mainly strange rumour and conspiracy.
When everyone cheat since day , month and years ...what could be called cheating by moral and logic in other circonstance just become the normal way to do the things.

If such a list existed and explanation of the lock/ban is provided, it would serve expose the EULA more than it is now. So the rules would be learnt by seeing such a list. How many people breeze past the EULA when logging in?

I would have to assume many logging in for the first times would be eager to get ingame and see what it's all about rather than sit there reading an EULA that is so lengthy. The young ones especially

As a result how many people actually play without knowing the EULA at all, I know we should read it, but the fact remains not everyone will.

The list is an excellent idea for more exposure for the EULA and to warn people of what scams are going around at the time and the type of people that do the scams. It would also make it known how frequently temporary avatars are used to scam and break the EULA, which is breaking the EULA already.
