Event chat message an hour before start

Another idea that should be eary for MA to add. They already send a message to everyone in an event area one hour before an event starts. I want them to just send a message to everyone ingame using the event chat saying something like "Exaromania is due to start in one hour at landmarker 14850, 22500" again this will help promote the event system and help out all the people who spend time and money doing events.

Not a bad idea. At the very least they could send out a message to the ones holding a ticket, it is easy to loose track of time.

The problem with the ticket one is alot of people do not buy tickets until just before the event starts. At least when the land areas is a good run from the nearest TP. The best option would be for MA to add an ingame event terminal so people could check all events and even buy tickets for them from there but this would take alot more work than just sending a message so i think we have alot more chance of them maybe doing that.

If they do that it will make my job of updating the events calendar obsolete.

Frank_MindArk: We have a whole list of improvements for the event system, including increasing to Top 5, but unfortunately they are not planned for the near future.
