Acid Armor

There are armors with a good protection for just about every damage type, except for acid.

The best unlimited acid armor has a protection on 12 points. This is a joke considering the amount of damage some of the acid mobs actually do, such as the Globster.

It's possible to get a better protection by using (L) armors, these are however superior in stats such as penetration, burn, impact, or other general stats, which does increase their value a whole lot. The going rate for these armor sets are usually set at around 500 - 1000%. And, this isn't exactly something I would want to spend on such a high-decaying set.

So, how about an armor which is only focused on acid?

I'd love to see an Acid Armor (L)?
Make it look like that guy from Mortal Combat....
Give it a sick helmet etc, toxic green color, man that'd be sweet for Kreltin!

Couldn't get much better than that, a Viking/Salamander type, but for Acid.

often thought of this (why no Salamander Viking Thunderbird Type armour) but for acid ( one of the crafted armours we're still missing(Lich,Spectre,Necromancer or Reaper ?)

How about a green armor called Oxide or Ra(n)sid

I doubt we will see any new unlimited armours in the near future, at least not any with good protection, but I would like to see another acid armour. Having said that, as things stand at the moment my Gremiln is uber armour so that is kind of nice too

OR even a set of plates that offered good acid protection.

Even that would be an acceptable alternative to, to ,to, to well, nothing at the moment.

Why not? There are allready L guns and their type in UL too ! SO why not Armors too?

( Rirker UL1 (L) and Rirker UL1 for example )

Well, I hope you're right, and I hope more of the existing higher-end armours (bear/jag/etc) start dropping a bit more again at some point. L armours certainly don't seem to have enthused the community.
