Upgrades

I want upgrades for things like the radar and my map. These can be like attachments you add to the basic tools that everyone has. There could be differect levels to these upgrades as there are with everything else. It would add work for the crafters, decay for MA, fun for the rest of us. There could even be skills associated to using them.

One could be like a mining attachment that keeps your finds on your radar until mined/expired.

One could be a magnifier/zoom to give us more/better detail of the map.

One could be like markers that we can place on our own map for whatever purpose we feel like.

One could be an amp for the radar to get more distance.

An enhanced readout that automatically places a lifebar of any critter you injure or injures you into it's display.

A life monitor that beeps or alerts you in some way if your life line has dropped below a certain level.

An autohide display gizmo that hides all displays when nothing is on the radar. Displays it again when something shows up.

Perhaps you could even buy different displays so you have one that you think is cool.

Of course you could stick to the standard and still be able to play but if you wanted and were willing to pay a little extra, you could jazz up your whole display with such doodads and upgrade items that would be useful, too.

One which automatically pops up in my head is skins. Lots of software has it, e.g. Winamp.

Skins could be Player Content (haven't heard that term in a while )

Skins could be crafted (ever wanted to have an Atrox-style HUD? )

Also the entire HUD should be splitable into different parts and these parts could be moved around on the screen (chat box at the top makes the chat area a dropdown-kind of something)

Also I always wanted to see my health while I'm in auction. Why? Well, dying, reviving in a mobile center, trying to rip off the auctioneer while waiting for the health to get 100% (I already suggested MA to write a message to the chat area whenever the health reaches 100%. I got the usual "development team"-response and I'm still waiting for it).
