well, we were extremely lucky that TimUnleashed looted a Ghost Footguard BP (L) and out of the 10 sets he made, we kept 3 for us that used ghost.

The rest of my foots i've either bought, looted or had crafted.

Still, the fact remains that MA stated that enough FG's would drop that everyone would have a set when the VU that required them came in...

True but they did not state that they would drop enuff foot guards that everyone who has shadow will get shadow. They said we will all have footguards and we do.....

Not saying i'm siding with MA here but cant see your point if you can loot footguards then they are keeping thier promise right?

Notice most people with shados have gremlin or boar or something like that?

Say MA drops 12 pairs of shadow to cover 12 shadow sets who's to say Jenna Star Merc and Tzepu etc dont own 2 sets each leaving only 8 other sets to go round.

Just cause you cant see them dont mean they have not dropped or...... MAYBE they have STILL to drop? Why would they drop 10,000 clicks worth of ghost footguard BP's? Crafters would not be happy but hunters would its got to be a fine balance and its not easy to get right always.

why the crafters would not be happy ? they prefer not to craft than to craft and sell them for tt + 100 ?

Ghost is one of the most used armors ingame but still only 400 footguards were sold ... i think crafters would be more happy to have what to craft than not having the BP

There is a uL BP for Ghost Foot Guard L.

I would prefer crafting this L stuff and sell this again and again and again.

From time to time there will drop another L BP for Ghost Footy uL and the amount of available uL parts will increase over time. Thats a long time process nothing that happens within a few weeks.

Nice step MA did it this way, it supports crafters that surely make the biggest loss of all proffessions, and crafters make it possible for miners and hunters to break even, as they buy common loots (Oils/Ore/Enmatter) with markup.

No crafters buying your loot means no markup on your loots (except the items, that don´t drop that often).

Start to see the big picture!
Look at Ghost, do you really think any crafter could do a profit with any uL Ghost Part?
Auktuma sells at TT+2, without big HoF he can´t break even skilling on ghost parts. The resources needed for this are to expencive. OK Auktuma is a fine man, offering his production below market average. I don´t know how he can do this without going virtually bankrupt. Maybe big deposits every month

u would prefer to but not the hunters. i will never buy those footguards for ghost i will continue to use gremlin and most of ghost owners do (anyway my ghost is gathering dust in my inventory i just want those footguards to have the set complete).

Yes i agree with u that u would prefer to manufacture L and sell them again and again ... but in the big picture with all the new L stuff ppl will not pay again and again for something average as it is the ghost. Think about it ... if all Jester D1 BP disappear and only 1 person has the BP do u think the would worth something ?. The only thing that made ghost popular it's the low markup because like most hunters know the gremlin is much more better. U say that u want to sell L armor but if i am the only one to have a (ex.berserker BP) that does not mean it is worth much

Yeah only 400 sold on "auction" this does not count the amount of ghost feet Auktuma & others sell from thier shops or the number sold via player 2 player trade.

When he says think of the bigger picture you say you are then say its not fair on the hunter who has to pay high price for ghost feet but you then turn round and say Gremlin is better So go use gremlin and dont worry about the others that if they can afford almost full shadow can now afford shadow feet or buy something close to it like Boar/Jag/Ghoul etc

I looted one shogun F foot so far - which I can't use anyway.

I bought a Vigi M foot as it was cheap and I already had a "set" of vigi armor.

I bought a boar M foot as a general purpose foot for all my other armor "sets" as the markup is only about 100 peds more then ghost and it is pretty decent (for my nemesis / ghost / etc).

I haven't looted any other foot I can recall.

Yeap, we all have enough foot guards.
