Mentors

Hi al . Been thinking about this to for about a year and a half. Since I started and meet my first bad mentor that is. (lukylie he kicked me out ) But i couldnt get a new one after that. So anyway here is my idea (Need some help with more ideas). We are currently working on a site that should have some kind of a system to find a good mentor.

Our primary idea is this. You enter the site you klick mentors. You get a list of mentors with some intel on each what occupation they are working in what country they are from etc. Also it will include some information about current dicipels. Dicipels that has gradueted etc. There will be some demands to be able to make our list as a mentor.

First is you will have to apply at the site first. You will have to meet an administrator online and tell him who you are (To avoid false ppl to use others names.).

Second: We will have some demands on you as a mentor. Such as if you are away for over a week you will have to tell your diciple. You cannot ignore your diciple etc. You have obligations and if you do not follow up on them we will consider remowing you as a mentor from the list. This will offcourse not involve giving ANYTHING to your diciple which will be explained to on the site.

One other thing we are working on is some kind of a reputation system on the webb. Im hoping we can get al this to work well thou it is in my book to really important things that PE are missing. Well anyway . Hope you will find it usefull when it gets up
