Interesting to see that another company is trying to take action against wide-spread botting in their game.

er... yeah, so does Windows to run the program. in fact such "copying" is expressly permitted in most copyright legislation to allow for this and backup purposes. its a fishing trip, i dont think they'll get far if that their case.

This will only help to sell another million or two gliders - because now more people will learn that such a thing exists in the first place.

Its typical when companies get this big they use bullying tactics too.

Had they just sent this guy a cease and desist letter from they solicitors, he probably would have called it a day, after all 100,000 sales cant be bad... but no, they want all his profits too. Of course a lot of it would be spent now, so the poor guy has no choice but to go to court to fight it...

Half a gazzilion subscribers but they still want the few quid this guy made.

And I dont even like it when people use bots, but the mega corp Vs the little guy - I route for the little guy every time!

Copyright infingement because it copied to RAM my arse!
