Cool!, and when they turn on the Large Hadron Collider and the entire earth is sucked into a black hole, we will at least have super fast internet access.

Woohoo sounds promising....although the bit later in the article "unlikely to be available to domestic internet users" was depressing. Still if it all works - that Crytopia with no lag sounds closer

Microwaves at first were unlikely to be used in a domestic way. Now today everyone has one.

So most likely this "grid" thing will find its way into people's home in a near future.
