There are at least three skeletons in prominent places:

1) The sunbathing skeleton mentioned by Slick
2) At Billy's, there's a spaceship you can get in. There's a skeleton in there.
3) Nearby Twins, on a hill is a little old building you can get into. In a locked room, there's a skeleton sitting in a booth.

I'm sure there are plenty more, though.

Its safety, its one of those airline type booklets that shows the emergency exits and such. Kinda a funny touch.

The Bony Jez is actually a tribute to Patrique, a non depositer who made funny videos for the community asking for donations. One of the videos included the "will dance for peds" sign and the blue cup.
