this might go up and down for a while, but could also be that next is a nice big hit.

Do you have any idea about how many finds you had above 250 PED?
Without first 60k I would have expected something about 8-9. Overall it should be close to 19.

For the last 37k bombs i have had 7 finds above 250 ped, no amps

And everything crossed for a biggie, i think it is about time

Great, for 37k I would have expected 7 (6.5 not rounded), and hence you're very close to the mean. In terms of confidence intervals something between 3 and 14 should be observed in 95% of cases.

Only joking, I do really appreciate your maths skills. Am I now working dead on the average overall? Or is there still room for me to hit a tower? That is ignoring the fact that noobies can hit towers of course

You do still have the same probability to hit a tower as anybody else. You will still get a claim > 250 PED in .07% of cases, and one of those might be something large.
Moreover, as you do not double bomb anymore your mean expected return should be close to 90%, hence your goal should be achievable.

Where are untaxed areas?(Apart from pvp). I have done a few mining runs with only a 100 bombs and 100 probes - any reason why you you do runs with so many.

Hey there

There are many untaxed la's, you just need to go out there and find them. Or just mine on eudoria and have no taxes at all.

As for why so many bombs, the shorter time I spend going to auction and storage and repairs, the more bombs I drop. If I could get away with it, I would drop 1000's of bombs before going for repairs
