Stuck cant go away

Hello I am stuck at Waypoint link to Damien Damien Schuhmacher at (41604,61776,101) My vehicle has gone lost and I cant go away on one side the toxics kill me on the other the mobs are way to strong.....

I am at a CDF Boat AAV004 (40 PED for the savior if he brings me to the nearest teleporter)
