iron challenge for mining

hey guys, i just found the mining NPC in Twin peaks, i noticed it's only giving ore mining quests. where can i find the NPC for enmatter mining (since i'm doing both it might be better to have both.)

oke, thats too bad, however i still like it that there is like a challenge for mining like the iron challenges for hunting, they are really new, i havent found them on entropedia or anything so the enmatter quests might be added soon aswell. (if they arent already)
