I've been trying since yesterday to log on.

I try to go into the client loader and press launch when I type in my username and password it just says the servers are unavailable. I assume there has not been maintenance that has been over a day so any suggestions would be helpful I really want to get into this game.

I was logged in to the game earlier today - I don't recall exactly what time, sorry.

If you still can't log in, lodge a support case on the website.
Tell them as close as you can where you were when you logged out.

Thank you for the advice. i will lodge a report. Usually when things such as this happen my first hope is the people on the forum have had similar problems can help. it sounds like this is a bug that happens at certain locations ingame. i have yet to even be able to get into the game so perhaps it's something to do with the starting area. in any case i'll check back periodically at this thread and contact support in a few hours. i look forward to seeing everyone who reads this ingame.
