I have a problem loading the login page. I press the launch button and the login page pops up. It stays black and after a few minutes it just disappears. I tried everything that was sugested in the tech support page on entropiauniverse.com, including choosing 'Run as adminstrator' by clicking in both .exe files. It didn't work. I filed a support case and reply wasnt any help. This is what I wrote in my report:
"After pressing the "Accept" button on the ToU page, Client Page pops up and I Click the Launch button. The loging page pops up but it's competly black and after staying on the screen for about 5 seconds it disappears. I tried many times changing the settings in tools. Its in safe mode. window mode selected. Tried different connection speeds. Disabeling sound, streaming audio. Also repairing the files. Didnt work. I also tried updating windows. And also right clicking in the .exe and selecting Run As an Administrator but nothing worked. I need help!"
And this is what I wrote the second time, after their reply (which wasn't very helpful):
"As I already mentioned in my report, I tried many times choosing Run as administrator by right clicking both files. And I am using my brand new laptop which exceeds the system requirements. I also have all the updates. I appreciate your reply but it does not solve my problem. I still need your help to solve this problem. Thank you in advance for your help."
Please help me!
