I do still own the apartment, but have re-allocated it for another purpose. There ARE still shopkeepers in the apartment, and a good number of items are still in the apartment - far more than ever was previously available...

However, the Stack Exchange Service itself is now closed. If you do still have a surplus of stackable items you want to trade to me at TT price in exchange for some of the the items scattered on the floor, tables, and shelf, you may still do so, but I'm not going to continue advertising this in this thread.

The option is still there if you wish to take me up on it... However, if you do want to do that, you should probably bring full TT value of the item in question in stackables to make this worthwhile... or be willing to pay more than TT value. PM me if you wish to set up a meeting or want to discuss any possible trades.

The Stack Exchange can be found in Treasure Island City, Silver Building, Apartment 10 B. The Silver Building is just up the hill from the TP and the Trade Center.

In the Exchange section of the apartment, just past the shopkeepers, you will find, near one wall, items that are available at TT prices in person to person trading with me IF at least 50% of payment is issued in Needed Stackables.

On the opposite side of the apartment, under the "Needed Stackables" sign you can find samples of the stackables that are currently needed. I'm starting this service to help out my crafting friends while also giving the general community a chance to find some good discounts.

If you wish to purchase an item, and do not have enough Needed Stackables on hand to pay 50% of TT value of the item you wish to purchase, you may buy the item in question with only peds and pecs at TT + 50% of current MV in person to person trading with me.

Items inside of the Shopkeepers, in the front hall, are not a part of the Stack Exchange. However, the Shop Keepers are probably holding some good discount deals that you might want to check out while you are there browsing items that available for Stack Exchanges.

Once I have some crafters on board with my plans for the future, I plan to take out the unneeded stackables from the needed stackable pile, and those extras will go to storage and be alternated in and out of the pile on an as needed basis.

Shopkeepers in the apartment hold some nicely priced gear! There are some event tickets in there too. For now, you can ignore those tickets unless you are NBK and plan on going to the NBK Only "NBK Battlefield Event". However, if you like the other stuff, go ahead and buy it!

FAQ:

Q: Do you add market value in when calculating exchange value on my items or your items?
A: No. I match TT values and ask that you do the same. Stack exchanges require that at least 50% of the TT value of what you are paying be in "needed stackables." I am open to some level of negotiation though, if for instance you only can pay with 30% in stackables, etc.

Sometimes this can work to your advantage. For example, if I have a FAP with a TT value of 15 and a Markup value of +1, the true current market value of the FAP is approximately 16/15 = 106.666%. If you are offering me a stackable that has a market value of 101%, you are making potential profit due to the fact that you can potentially sell the FAP for more profit than the item you TTed to me would have gotten you.


Q: Do you have any special offers besides those posted in this thread and in the signs in the apartment?
A: Yes. I do have a couple of special priced deals in place for NBK society members, NBK Entrepreneur Society Members, and for people who tried to sell items to STTS but were rejected by STTS agents. There is also a special deal in place for members of the United Buyer's Exchange Resource Social Group. Check the U.B.E.R. group for more info on that.

For the STTS deal, if you tried to sell something to STTS but an STTS agent opted to not buy your item due to directives from Josh, I will accept the items that STTS rejected in place of or in addition to the stackables that are to make up approximately 50% of payment for items in the apartment. In essence, you can TT the item(s) STTS rejected to me at TT price in exchange for items that I have available in the apartment that you want, as long as you are matching the TT value of the item in question so that PED balance in both our trade windows is equal when we get the "all right" notification that the deal went through, and the value of what you are offering is roughly half the price of the item I'm offering before you add in Ped/Pecs to match the TT value.
